1. Who We Are
BlueprintView ("we", "us") is a construction project management platform operated by Futurasync. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Canada's PIPEDA (including Quebec's Law 25), and applicable US state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA).

2. Data We Collect
Account data: name, e-mail, password (stored with irreversible hash), language, and account type.
Professional usage data: projects, floor plans, construction site photos, punch lists, comments, and other content that you or your company send to the platform.
Technical data: audit logs (who did what and when) and minimal session data necessary for operation and security.
We do not collect data for advertising and we do not use third-party trackers. Local browser storage is used only for essential functions (session, language, preferences).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to provide the contracted service (performance of a contract), for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and Subprocessors
Your data is processed by the following subprocessors, under data protection agreements: Supabase (database and authentication, AWS infrastructure), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (transactional e-mail delivery).
We do not sell personal data. Within the platform, your data is visible only to your company and for the projects you share — isolation is enforced at the database level.
