Terms of Service

1. The Service

BlueprintView offers construction project management: designs, floor plans, field captures, punch lists, teams, and integrations. The service is provided "as is", in continuous evolution.

2. Your Account and Company

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions performed with your account.

When you create a company, you become its administrator and control who accesses your data. Your company's data is isolated from others.

You must be 16 years or older to use the service.

3. Content

The content uploaded (floor plans, photos, documents) remains the property of you or your company. You grant us a license only to store and process it in order to provide the service.

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal content or to violate third-party rights.

4. Plans and Availability

The service is currently free. Paid plans may be introduced with prior notice; existing features may be reallocated between plans.

We strive for continuous availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Please backup your critical data.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notification when applicable.
